Leadership Formation

What is it?

form² trains leaders for the purpose of speading God's word across Sheffield and the UK. It seeks to:

• Spread the gospel where Jesus is not known
• Change the city through active Christian witness
• Motivate mission and the pioneering of new ministries
• Encourage, resource and challenge new leaders

There is much need for this type of leadership development in Sheffield. This is because of the great potential for ministries to the city, to serve a changing demographic.

We are excited at the potential for training and leadership development in other parts of the UK. Visit formnetwork.org for more.

form²  is currently supporting:

• work with teenagers affected by pregnancy
• work with young people
• church planting in the city

Is this for you?

• Have you completed 'form' - the first year of training? (You don't have to have done this training year in order to do form²). Click here for more information about form
• Are you faced with a leadership opportunity?
• Are you involved in a ministry you would like to develop further?

If you can answer 'yes' to at least one of these questions, then form² may be for you.

When?

form² runs September to June, two days a week:

Tuesdays:

• prayer & worship
• teaching & coaching (includes Lifeshapes & School of Theology)
• accountability & sharing together

Thursdays:

• prayer & worship
• serving in ministry
• sharing & processing time as a team
• planning & ministry development

Serving

'Serving in ministry' can involve any number of opportunities. Below are some of the things that are currently happening in the life of the church.
