2007 healings This is a list of healings recorded by members of St Thomas Crookes in 2007... but see our main healing page for news of what God has been doing in our community even more recently.
- E. had a broken foot which was causing her a lot of pain. When she was prayed for the pain went instantly and she has been absolutely fine since then.
- T. had pain in his knee. The pain was much less after prayer!
- M. had pain in her ankle which was relieved after prayer.
- A was recovering from knee surgery. After prayer the pain was much reduced.
- H. had sinus pain. When she was prayed for God took the pain away instantly.
- S has rheumatoid arthritis. One Sunday morning it was so bad she couldn't drive herself to church. Despite the pain, she prayed for someone else with arthritis - and her own pain was significantly reduced. The person she prayed for also received healing from God two days later and has the X-rays to show her arthritis has completely gone!
- A couple were told their baby was expected to be born with deformed kidneys and liver. Following prayer the baby was born and was perfectly formed - praise God!
- S. had gastroenteritis which had made him lose his appetite and a lot of weight over a period of several weeks. After prayer he was healed.
- G. had broken fingers. Following prayer the pain was much less.
- C. had a bad headache which disappeared instantly when she received prayer.
- C's wrist was healed allowing her full movement in the joint again.
- A prophecy was given that God wanted to heal a blonde woman on crutches. No-one at church answered to that description but later some people came out of a cafe in town and almost bumped straight into a blonde woman on crutches. They stopped her and prayed for her right there in the street.
- F. couldn't move his elbow. He was prayed for and received major healing enabling him to move his elbow.
- A. had tendonitis in his achilles tendon. When he was prayed for, God healed him immediately.
- A man had a bad shoulder. His doctor had tried all possible treatments but told him there was nothing more he could do - he would just have to live with the condition. But God had other ideas and completely healed him so he could move his arm properly again!
- A. had a prolapsed disc in his back for which he had been receiving both treatment and prayer for over 2 years. On 12th June he asked for prayer again and suddenly felt immense pain in his spine for about 3 minutes. He visited the physio that evening who confirmed that something was different. By the time he woke the next morning he had regained all the lost flexibility in his back and was touching his toes to prove it! Praise God!
- A lady who had one leg slightly shorter than the other was prayed for. The next morning when she woke she realised she had no hip pain for the first time in years.
- A man whose voice had never broken was prayed for. God gave him a new voice overnight!
- C's hearing was partially healed after prayer.
- M. received partial healing for a hip problem.
