Homeless Outreach

Throughout his ministry, Jesus met with those on the edge of society, and demonstrated the incredible love and acceptance God has for them.

We want to follow Jesus’ example and show homeless and disadvantaged people in Sheffield how much God loves them through our actions and words. We do outreach four times a week:

Tuesday/Wednesday – On alternate weeks, Ignite Cluster bring those whom they meet on a Saturday morning into their cell communities. They have a meal as a whole community together, then read the bible and pray for one another.

Wednesday – At 2pm, a group walk around the city centre, offering food and prayer to Big Issue sellers and homeless people that they meet.

Saturday AM – At 10am, Ignite Cluster walk around the city centre, offering food and prayer to Big Issue sellers and homeless people that they meet.

Saturday PM – At 8pm, Transform Cluster meet with a group of homeless and disadvantaged people in Eldon Street car park to run a soup kitchen style event. Prayer, food and hot drinks are shared in community.
