Malc and his estates team oversee the security, cleanliness, maintenance and development of the buildings at St Thomas Crookes and St Thomas Philadelphia.
Malc used to be the mascot for Sheffield Wednesday Football Club, fluffy owl suit and all! He was also minder for the mascots for several years.
Malc also calls people "piecan!" quite a lot!
