Daily Prayers give some regular, set points in the day to meet with God in different ways.

We gather for prayers every weekday at 9am. Of course, we can pray as individuals wherever we are and at any time, but the Crookes church building is open during the week, and particularly at the above times, as a ‘place for space’.

These prayer times are all open to anyone, so if you’re around, whether as a one-off or on a regular basis, please come and join us. You will be very welcome!

The themes for the ‘set’ prayer times are as follows:

Monday: Thanksgiving

Tuesday: Discipleship (led by Form trainees during term time)

Wednesday: Kingdom

Thursday: Word (Sunday’s speaker gives a short preview!)

Friday: Intercession (using the prayer cards)

You are welcome to join us 9am-9.30am in the Worship Area of the church every Friday for this time of led prayers. This is a key time of prayer together as we pray through the Prayer Request Cards.
