It's a constantly-developing model for training in discipleship and leadership. It shows you how the Bible can be applied today and how young people can become great leaders as well as loyal disciples of Jesus.
Grounded in reality by working part time.
We give you two full days of training a week whilst you spend the remainder working in the world and putting what you learn into practice. This is a key part of your training and having a job enables you to support yourself financially. Learning in the real world is just as valuable as learning in the church. (Typically: Tuesdays & Thursdays are form days; Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays are work days;Saturdays off; Sundays serving at church)
Providing experiential learning. We are all about learning practically and socially. We have church leaders on hand to apprentice you; not just to teach you. We don’t just want you to get knowledge - we want you to see it worked out in your life every day.
